How to register as driver
Documents Required-
The Private Transport Company and The Social Insurance Number documents are optional.
To perform background check the Driver has to provide us details on support@selfrideinc.com
- First Name, Middle Name, Last Name.
- Email address.
The driver will then receive an email to fill the form to perform background check from TRITON our Security check partner.
In App. Documentation-
The driver has to upload required documents on Self app document section.
Documents-
Driving License front and back, vehicle insurance with your name and not be expired. Social insurance number (SIN) Proof of work eligibility (such as a Canadian Passport, Study or Work permit, Canadian Birth Certificate, Permanent Resident or Citizenship Card). Background check to asses your criminal background and driving history
Driver also has to email the documents to support@selfrideinc.com
At present we are only accepting Class G or higher license for Ontario.
A Class 1, 2, or 4 commercial driver’s license for British Columbia.
Driver needs to provide a Standard Driver Abstract that’s been obtained within the past 30 days.
Vehicle Documents-
The Driver has to provide vehicle details
- Vehicle inspection report
- Vehicle insurance
- License plate
Drivers payout-
For the payout Driver
- Go to Account
- Manage Bank
- Click on Add Bank
- provide bank details
After uploading the bank details click on the 3 dots next to your bank account, proceed to verify your bank with stripe our financial partner.
In STRIPE
- Under Business you can add individual or sole proprietorship.
- Under Job title you can write INDIVIDUAL.
- In Business Details under Industry Choose Ridesharing.
- Under Website you can write www.selfrideinc.com
